Charles Church is owned wholly by Persimmon Homes, but markets similar schemes and properties. It is therefore our job to ensure we communicate the two brands with different language and tone. Charles Church is a considerably more premium brand than Persimmon.

Coolings Cellar Bar: Funky Scratch Leaflet Design

Leaflet design for the Funky Scratch night which I was involved with. The branding slowly evolved into something which was consistent and reflected the style of the night. The design on the right was my response to the budget getting tighter for printing, so I created something which gave the illusion of not needing full bleed printing.

Persimmon Homes PLC: Petherton Dean Brochure

A 16 page brochure completed for Persimmon Homes Severn Valley. This brochure involved taking architects drawings and creating a site plan, floor plans and sending elevations and brief to the CGI artist. The development brochures for Persimmon had very strict guidelines,  so it was a case of making sure everything was perfectly executed.

Persimmon Homes PLC: Siteplan Illustration

This site plan was completed for Persimmon Homes Scotland’s new development, Kingston Quay. This drawing required me to take the architects line drawn plans and turn them into something which the end user could look at and see themselves living in. The technique required to complete these complex illustrations involved various advanced path creation and pathfinder techniques to ensure the drawing was consistent and accurate across the whole plan.

Gemserv: Revolution Brochure

Design for a quarterly e-brochure publication for Gemserv, a large energy consultancy firm in London. This required working closely with the Marketing Manager taking mini briefs and information from different departments of the company and collating everything into one cohesive brochure design which pleased the board of directors.
